The pineal gland
For the regulation and coordination of numerous physiological processes in the human body, next to the nervous system responds and the endocrine system. The most important endocrine organ is the pineal gland, which is located in epithalamus (natsuhara the intermediate region of the brain). Although, like the pinecone, a cone-shaped pineal gland for its size is very tiny iron, but nevertheless it is an extremely important organ for our physical, mental and spiritual health. It controls circadian rhythms (“internal clock”), regulates sleep and increases our intuition. If the functions of the pineal gland weaken, comes the physical and mental aging process. The pineal gland (epiphysis) converts serotonin, which is formed in the brain during the day, in the dark of the night in the hormone melatonin. The pineal gland is the main source of melatonin in the body. In humans, up to 80% of system-wide melatonin is produced exactly in the pineal gland.
Melatonin – is an important hormone, it serves as a key regulator of many biological rhythms and participates in many vital physiological processes, including maturation and development of the genital organs, pigment metabolism, the metabolism of free radicals, immune response, differentiation and cell proliferation, regulation of sleep and general well-being, affects the mood (vitality).
The most important feature of melatonin is its ability to affect circadian rhythms. Many physiological processes in the body, such as sleeping, eating, reproduction, and so on, are structured in accordance with the circadian rhythm. The secretion of various hormones, body temperature and even blood pressure follow a circadian rhythm. The most famous example is the cycle of sleep-wakefulness. Melatonin acts as a synchronizer of circadian rhythms and facilitates their adaptation to environmental conditions, i.e., melatonin allows the body to perform these processes in a relatively constant rhythm. Adequate melatonin secretion in the pineal gland (epiphysis) is extremely important for the body, even if only for the reason, due to the fact that every day is different along its length and constant synchronization of circadian rhythms is simply necessary.
Melatonin has a unique ability to penetrate into any cell in any part of the body and to provide specific protective effect on the nucleus – the Central structure of cells containing the DNA, i.e. on the structure, allowing damaged cells to recover.
Melatonin is necessary for the normal functioning of all major body systems. Deficiency of melatonin leads to disorders and dysfunctions of these systems. As a result, the body goes into a state of stress, which in turn conducts to the formation of pathological conditions and accelerated aging of the body.
The role of the pineal gland peptides
Optimal functioning of the neuroendocrine system is directly connected with the state of the pineal gland. Modern scientific knowledge to prove that the health of the body depends on the health of individual cells. Function cells are well, then organs and organ systems work well. In order for cells worked well, they must continuously and in sufficient quantity to supply the necessary nutrients. But this one, in accordance with the latest scientific knowledge, is not enough.
For over 30 years, as scientists, doctors discovered that, for the normal functioning of cells, among other things, necessary and peptides. Peptides are small data molecules, short chains of amino acids, the address coordinates of genes. Peptides are formed in the cells of various tissues of the body during protein metabolism. Their main function is to activate the reading of the genetic information in DNA. Thus they initiate protein synthesis in cells and regulate their proper functioning. Scientists have found that deficiency of peptides in the body resulting in impaired functions in cells, cellular dysfunction, accelerated “wear” fabrics, development of pathological conditions and accelerated aging of the body. At the same time, they many studies have shown that the use of peptides and remove deficiency of peptides in the body not only contributes to the regulation of cell functions but even lost cell function can thus be restored.
For normal functions will require the cells of the pineal gland, among other things, tissue-specific peptides (peptides of pineal gland) that support and regulate their functions. In a small number of these peptides can be ingested with food, but the main part is formed in the cells, namely the cells of the pineal gland.
The cells of the pineal gland produce different types of proteins. Some of them are responsible for the generation of peptides that regulate the cells of the pineal gland. The pineal gland peptides are components of protein molecules fabric pineal gland. In the metabolism of proteins (the protein fraction) they are removed. One of the most important tasks of the peptides fabric pineal gland is the activation of the reading of the genetic information of the DNA in the cells of the pineal gland. Thus peptides play a role in „key DNA“. Peptides oft he pineal gland start protein synthesis in the cells of the pineal gland, regulate metabolism in these cells and regulate their activity. Peptides cause the cell to function as biologically necessary. As a young, healthy body. When the cells of the pineal gland function well, and pineal gland as an organ, works well. If in normal cell function pineal gland violations occurred, respectively, and pineal gland is bad. This leads to disorders of the endocrine system. Therefore, adequate availability of pineal gland peptides in the body, is very important.
In the young organism peptides, as a rule, are formed in sufficient quantity and cells pineal gland work well. But with age, especially under the influence on the organism of a large number of different negative and stress factors (illness, stress, physical stress, bad and insufficient food, and so on) occurs in the body, as is known, the decrease in protein synthesis. As a result of this pineal gland peptides formed are also smaller. The more intense is the load, the faster is depleted in the body the level of peptides. The result of this is the lack of regulatory peptides. This leads to disruption of cell function, development of pathological conditions and accelerated wear of the main systems of the body. The more extreme the conditions, in which the pineal gland, the higher the load on the pineal gland and the need for tissue-specific peptides (peptides of pineal gland) and the faster arise in the cells of the pineal gland of the mistakes and failures of their functions, if this requirement is not covered properly. This, in turn, can lead to the loss of some important functions of the cells of the pineal gland and accelerated wear or aging of the pineal gland.
In such situations it is useful to purposefully support the cells of the tissue of the pineal gland. One of the most effective methods for this is the use the peptides of the pineal gland of animal origin. In all mammals, the peptides are the same. In numerous studies, scientists have shown that if you take the peptides isolated from the tissue of the pineal gland of animals, for example from calves or pigs, and enter them into the body of another animal or person, they are accepted by the body as its own substance. Peptides have tissue-specific function. That is, they apply only in the tissue from which they were originally allocated. Through the use of the peptides of the pineal gland in the body is enriched pool of regulatory peptides produced by cells of the pineal gland. Thus, the use of peptides pineal gland helps to normalize and maintain a physiologically normal levels of peptides in tissue cells of the pineal gland. This, in turn, leads to normalization of metabolism in the cells of the pineal gland and the normalization of their functions to physiologically normal levels. Normalization of cell function leads to normalization of the functions of the pineal gland and the endocrine system.

Peptides of the pineal gland in preparations
Based on peptides derived from the pineal gland of young, healthy animals, are produced as a medication in the form of injectable solutions, tablets or capsules and biologically active food supplements.
The pineal gland peptides can contain up to 100 amino acids. But the active portion of the peptide is very small and usually contains up to 4 amino acids, all other regulatory action is not significant. When selecting products with pineal gland peptides is necessary to pay attention to the fact that they use the most short peptides. They have less inactive parts and are thus better permeability and regulatory properties. We use only the peptides obtained by the method of the latest patented technology, with a molecular mass of 10 kDa. Preparations on the basis of these peptides have the best values currently in the regulation, and, therefore, also referred to as bio-regulators. It is on the basis of such peptides made our products.
Peptides derived from the pineal gland tissue of healthy, young animals are used in our biologically active food supplements Stressfoll®, Epitalon® or Epitide® .
Biologically active food supplements on the basis of peptides isolated from the pineal gland is extremely safe to use. Because peptides are endogenous substances (produced in the body) and the cell cannot take more peptides than that given to her by nature, the use of peptides may not result whether to overdose whether to cause any side effects. It should be understood that the peptides have a very soft action which develops only with adequate enrichment (peptide level) of certain peptides in the body. For many years, the peptides had more than 15 million people. In all that time none of this man have not observed any contraindications or other side effects.
